From November 2023 we have appointed a new Out-Of-Hours provider for emergency maintenance to help us provide a great service in the event of an emergency in the evenings, weekends and public holidays.
TNA are a specialist maintenance firm who primarily work with managing agents in the UK so understand the needs and demands of simple and complex blocks and estates. They have hubs in London, West Country and South Coast so they can quickly and efficiently cover our entire portfolio.

Out-Of-Hours cover is an additional service provided to clients and the vast majority opt in to this service but if your residents management company directors have opted out, you will be advised.
Our Offices in London, Ringwood, Southampton & Weymouth are fully covered 24/7 by TNA Building Services, they will look after you in case of an emergency and provide the support you need.
