Further to a national press release HERE Helen Macrae PRS Industry Panel appointment. We are pleased to announce that our own COO Helen Macrae has been selected to sit on the PRS ‘Member Panel’ as the residential leasehold management representative. The PRS confirmed “We were very pleased that so many strong candidates showed interest in assisting us in our aims with the Panel. As we had so many applications we had to have two rounds of committee meetings to look at everyone’s submissions and this delayed us slightly in finalising the representatives. I am delighted to say that we would like to invite Helen Macrae to join us on the Panel to represent the area of residential leasehold management.”
This is a fantastic opportunity for our industry to be represented at the national level of customer expectation management and complaints but is also a huge personal achievement for Helen Macrae who has worked in residential leasehold management for 20+ years and has a wealth of experience to bring to the panel on what works, what does not work and most importantly ensuring the highest standards of customer care are championed. And where they fall short, how to help agents constructively engage with their clients, leaseholders, freeholders, residents and tenants. This comes off the back of Helen also winning Regional Property Manager of The Year at the 2022 Property Management Awards, which cements Helen as one of the industry leaders and superstars.
