Well it means that Benjamin has achieved a level of technical excellence in the residential property management pathway and has received his diploma giving him that level of membership.
As Benjamin is a part owner of the firm, it also means the company itself is also now regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in everything we do, and have to adhere to their service charge code of management for our leasehold properties. Click Here
